Mock Up Contents Pages

  1. Abbie. Start thinking about potential models for your magazine. Like Matt Needham, your mock ups show between 5-7 different individuals on the contents. How will you ensure that they all have the look you desire?

  2. ^ 'like Matt Needham' , abbie ;) I think that these contents pages are really well layed out although possibly more other featuring bands etc - like the one at the top. Also, I think that if you use the same bold font as your masthead, it creates continuity and links your magazine together. I also prefer when the contents title is bigger; like the last mock up, without the huge colour box, I think that it makes more of a statement to the audience. As well as making them want to read your magazine :)

  3. Liking the second one the most. I like how there is a slight background colour compared to the other two which are plan white. I think the colour banner is more effective when it is not so top heavy (such as the red one)

  4. I like the second one the most as well as I think it looks professional and I like the rigidness of the column of writing plus how you have set out what comes within the magazine inot different sections. The pictures look good agasint the theme of the page as they seem more relaxed :)
